OneAlpha Oragadam: Powering Industrial Growth in Chennai

OneAlpha Ventures, an industrial and logistics infrastructure company born from the legacy of the Sree Kailas Group, was officially launched in Chennai. The launch also marked the announcement of the company’s flagship project – the OneAlpha Industrial & Logistics Park in Oragadam, Sriperumbudur.

Spanning 1.2 million sq. ft., the project will be developed in two phases. Phase I, covering 600,000 sq. ft., is slated for completion by Q1 2026, while Phase II will follow by Q1 2027. A traditional groundbreaking ceremony took place at the project site on April 11, 2025.

OneAlpha is focused on delivering fast, customizable, and sustainable infrastructure solutions for the manufacturing sector. “Our goal is simple,” said Vignesh Rajkumar, Director at OneAlpha. “We aim to build industrial infrastructure that is quick to execute, scalable to meet demand, and aligned with long-term sustainability goals. OneAlpha is a forward-looking initiative, built on a legacy of trust and excellence.”

Strategically located in Tamil Nadu’s key Auto OEM and Electronics manufacturing corridor, the park is designed to serve businesses with both built-to-suit and ready-to-occupy facilities.
