Shree Govardhan Sugar Want to build Distillery and Captive Power Plant in Gujarat

Shree Govardhan Sugar Industries is proposing to develop a new distillery plant at Kukarmunda, Tapi, Gujarat. The project aims to produce rectified spirit, a key ingredient in various alcoholic beverages and industrial products. The distillery plant will have a capacity of 45 KLPD (kiloliters per day). The captive power plant will have a capacity of 1.5 MW (Megawatts). Cost of the Project is 55 Crores.

Technology that is state-of-the-art and used in distilleries to ensure production that is both efficient and environmentally friendly is included in this project. Measures of quality control that are very stringent to guarantee the product's purity and uniformity.

Installation of cutting-edge water and waste treatment facilities to reduce negative effects on the environment. Utilization of automated processes and robots to achieve greater levels of operational efficiency, commitment to environmentally responsible production techniques in order to cut down on energy use and the amount of trash produced.

As on November 2023, The project is in its final stages of completion. Approximately 75% of the project's work has been finished. By February 2024, all of the project work will have been finished.
