Shree Govardhan Sugar Industries is proposing to develop a new distillery plant at Kukarmunda, Tapi, Gujarat. The project aims to produce rectified spirit, a key ingredient in various alcoholic beverages and industrial products. The distillery plant will have a capacity of 45 KLPD (kiloliters per day). The captive power plant will have a capacity of 1.5 MW (Megawatts). Cost of the Project is 55 Crores.

As on November 2023, The project is in its final stages of completion. Approximately 75% of the project's work has been finished. By February 2024, all of the project work will have been finished.
