Epack Prefab Technologies has commenced commercial production at its newly established manufacturing facility in Mambattu Phase II Industrial Park.
The facility, which became operational on April 29, 2026, represents a key step in the company’s expansion within the prefab construction sector. Located within the APIIC Tada Industrial Park in Tirupati district, the new unit is strategically positioned to strengthen manufacturing capacity while improving distribution efficiency. Its location provides access to strong infrastructure and connectivity, supporting smoother operations.
With this addition, Epack Prefab aims to scale up the production of prefab construction solutions to meet rising regional demand. The development reinforces the company’s presence in southern India and aligns with its long-term growth strategy in the evolving prefab market.
