JK Cement Bets Big on Future with ₹4,805 Crore Expansion

JK Cement has announced a major greenfield expansion project worth ₹4,805 crore, following approval from its Board on 15 August 2025.

The expansion includes the establishment of a 4 MTPA clinkerisation unit and a 3 MTPA cement grinding facility in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, along with two split grinding units of 2 MTPA each in Rajasthan and Punjab. This strategic move will increase JK Cement’s total cement production capacity by 7 MTPA.

A leading player in India’s grey cement segment and one of the world’s foremost white cement producers, JK Cement aims to strengthen its market presence and meet growing demand through this large-scale investment.
