Mascot Industrial City: Gujarat's New Industrial Powerhouse

Mascot Infrastructure is a prominent real estate and industrial park developer, set to build an integrated industrial township spanning 385 acres at Vithalapur in Ahmedabad district.

In a significant move, Mascot Infra signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Gujarat government during the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024 to develop this integrated township. The development will feature a mix of industrial, residential, and commercial zones, providing a variety of facilities such as industrial plots, plug-and-play factory sheds, warehouses, residential apartments, and essential infrastructure, including hotels, schools, and food plazas.
