NDR Group’s ₹2,000 Crore Leap into India’s Warehousing Future

Chennai-based NDR Group is accelerating its expansion in the warehousing and industrial infrastructure sector with projects worth more than ₹2,000 crore currently under development. The investments are aimed at addressing growing demand from manufacturing, e-commerce, and logistics industries, while strengthening the group’s position in India’s evolving supply chain ecosystem.

Through its development arm, NDR Smart Spaces, the group is developing approximately 7 million sq ft of warehousing and industrial park space as part of a larger 13 million sq ft development pipeline. These assets are planned for eventual transfer to the NDR InvIT Trust, supporting the group’s long-term growth strategy and asset monetisation plans.

NDR InvIT Trust, recognised as India’s first perpetual warehousing and industrial parks infrastructure investment trust, currently manages 22.17 million sq ft of assets across 17 cities. The ongoing expansion is expected to enhance logistics infrastructure, facilitate efficient supply chain operations, attract investments, and support economic growth by creating modern industrial and warehousing facilities across key markets in the country.
