Odisha Hindalco Industries to Build Alumina Refinery

A new alumina refinery project may be developed by Hindalco Industries Limited near the village of Kansarigurha, located inside the Kashipur Tehsil of the Rayagada District in the state of Odisha. The goal of the project is to generate 3.0 MTPA (million tons per year) of alumina, which is a necessary raw ingredient in the manufacturing of aluminium.
