Vamsi Labs Limited Plans Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients in Maharashtra

Vamsi Labs Limited is coming up with an Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients (API) Manufacturing Unit Project at Chincholi MIDC, Solapur, Maharashtra. The project is expected to cost 56.73 Crores and will have a capacity of 500 KVA.

The new project will manufacture a variety of APIs, which are the active ingredients in pharmaceutical drugs. APIs are used to treat a wide range of diseases, including cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.

The project is expected to create new jobs in the area and boost the local economy. It will also help Vamsi Labs Limited to expand its production capacity and meet the growing demand for APIs in India and around the world.

As on November 2023, The project is now in the stage of receiving approvals. The project has received all necessary clearances. By the end of the year 2023, development on the project will have begun.
