Wipro Limited has been selected by global automotive supplier MAHLE to overhaul its IT infrastructure using a cutting-edge hybrid cloud solution. This collaboration aims to enhance service quality and innovation, allowing MAHLE’s internal teams to focus on core business activities and sustainable growth.
As part of this multi-year agreement, Wipro will migrate MAHLE's two primary data centers to the Wipro FullStride Cloud platform. This strategic move is designed to increase business agility, standardize and digitize MAHLE’s IT ecosystem, and ensure regulatory compliance.
The hybrid cloud solution will offer MAHLE the flexibility to adjust data and computing capacities based on market conditions, potentially leading to significant IT cost savings. The enhanced infrastructure will enable MAHLE to better support its customers and quickly adapt to industry changes.
Jo Debecker, Global Head of Wipro FullStride Cloud, emphasized the strategic alignment between the two companies, highlighting Wipro’s ability to deliver tailored cloud services that boost agility and compliance. Markus Bentele, MAHLE's VP of IT, noted that the partnership is crucial for achieving the agility and scalability required to meet the evolving demands of the automotive sector.
