HAB Pharmaceuticals & Research Ltd has completed its merger with Signature Phytochemicals, forming a combined entity with a consolidated turnover of about ₹600 crore.
The merger, concluded in March 2026, was undertaken to streamline operations, align corporate systems and reinforce governance practices, the company said in a statement.
The integration is expected to improve operational efficiencies and strengthen manufacturing capabilities across multiple pharmaceutical segments. HAB Pharmaceuticals’ existing facilities for antibiotics and other formulations are expected to further expand the merged company’s production capacity and overall manufacturing footprint.
