Park Group of Hospitals has launched a state-of-the-art multi-super specialty hospital in Panchkula, alongside the ongoing expansion of its Mohali facility, enhancing access to tertiary and quaternary healthcare services across the Tricity region.
The Panchkula hospital has been developed to address the growing demand for advanced medical care in Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and the Chandigarh region. It is expected to reduce the need for patients to travel to metro cities such as New Delhi for specialised treatment.
Equipped with advanced diagnostic systems, modular operation theatres, and robust critical care infrastructure, the facility will offer comprehensive services across key specialties, including oncology, neurosciences, orthopedics, cardiology, and critical care. It will also support robotic-assisted procedures, with a significant share of beds dedicated to high-acuity care.
The group stated that its care model emphasizes strong clinical outcomes, supported by structured patient counselling and engagement to help patients and their families better understand treatment pathways and recovery. Its operating approach also focuses on efficient infrastructure planning and cost optimisation to improve accessibility to advanced healthcare.
Commenting on the development, Dr. Ankit Gupta said the Panchkula launch, along with the Mohali expansion, represents a key milestone in building an integrated healthcare ecosystem across North India. With a combined capacity of around 850 beds in the Tricity region, the group aims to strengthen delivery of high-acuity care closer to patients while developing centres of excellence across major specialties.
