PVV Infra has unveiled an accelerated infrastructure expansion strategy centered on developing National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) Wayside Amenities (WSA), positioning the segment as a significant long-term growth opportunity for the company.
The company has already secured bids for three WSA projects — one on the Gwalior–Jhansi corridor and two near Ujjain — and is currently preparing bids for two additional sites along the Delhi–Dehradun expressway. In addition, PVV Infra has identified eight more strategically important locations across major highway corridors including Raipur–Visakhapatnam, Bengaluru–Chennai, Ujjain–Garoth, and Delhi–Dehradun, expanding its overall project pipeline to 13 sites across multiple states.
PVV Infra sees Wayside Amenities as next-generation integrated mobility hubs that will support India’s rapidly expanding highway infrastructure, rising passenger and freight traffic, and the increasing adoption of electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure.
The proposed facilities are expected to feature fuel stations, EV charging infrastructure, food courts, quick-service restaurants, truck parking and terminals, healthcare services, retail outlets, dormitories, and hospitality spaces. The company plans to primarily develop the core civil and passive infrastructure for these projects while collaborating with specialized operators in fuel retailing, EV charging, hospitality, logistics, and retail services.
