NMDC Nagarnar Tender: BF Gas Pipeline Bids Open

NMDC has floated a tender for the installation of a blast furnace (BF) gas pipeline and a gas mixing station, along with associated piping for the Mixed Gas Heating System (MGHS), at its 3 MTPA integrated steel plant in Nagarnar, near Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh.

The project falls under the second phase of the Coke Oven Battery (COB–Phase II) and will be executed on a turnkey basis. The initiative is aimed at improving operational efficiency and optimizing fuel utilization by integrating advanced mixed gas heating technology into the steelmaking process.

The scope of work includes the design, supply, fabrication, erection, testing, and commissioning of the BF gas pipeline and related systems.

The last date for bid submission is 10 October 2025.
