AI Health Hub: Bhutani & Yashoda's ₹1,000 Cr. Vision

Delhi-NCR-based real estate developer Bhutani Infra has announced a ₹1,000 crore joint venture with Yashoda Hospitals to develop a 1.5 million sq. ft. AI-driven, mixed-use healthcare and commercial campus in Greater Noida West.

The integrated project will combine healthcare services with retail spaces, offices, SOHOs (small office/home offices), serviced apartments, and hotels—creating a unified smart ecosystem. According to Ashish Bhutani, CEO of Bhutani Infra, construction is slated for completion by December 2028. He highlighted a strategic move from traditional infrastructure to intelligent environments that personalize user experiences and respond in real time using data-driven technologies.

Launching in June, the campus will feature advanced AI-powered solutions such as smart thermal scanners, wearable tech, and touchless wellness kiosks. These systems will monitor health metrics, detect early symptoms, and enable real-time care coordination across the facility.

This development is part of Bhutani Group’s broader expansion plans for FY26, which include five major launches: two commercial projects in Greater Noida and Jammu, and a residential development in Rishikesh.
