Arkade Films Goregaon's New Chapter: A ₹3,000 Crore Masterpiece

Arkade Developers, a Mumbai-based real estate firm, is set to launch a premium residential project on the historic Filmistan Studio land in Goregaon, Mumbai.

Slated for launch in FY26, the development will comprise two 50-storey towers featuring ultra-luxury 3- and 4-BHK residences. With an estimated development potential of ₹3,000 crore, the project forms part of Arkade’s broader expansion plan, which includes seven upcoming projects valued at around ₹8,000 crore.

The company also aims to preserve and integrate iconic landmarks within its developments. The Filmistan Studio site — established in 1943 by Bollywood actor Kajol’s grandfather and renowned for hosting numerous classic film shoots — adds a rich cultural legacy to the project. Arkade continues to focus its growth strategy within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
