Kalpataru’s ₹1,400 Crore Bet on Andheri West Redevelopment.

Kalpataru Limited has announced the signing of a major redevelopment project at Shree Mahalakshmi CHS, located off Veera Desai Road in Andheri West.

The project covers approximately 3 acres of prime land and has a total potential carpet area of around 0.4 million sq. ft., with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of about ₹1,400 crore.

Situated in one of Mumbai’s well-established residential and commercial micro-markets, the development is expected to benefit from strong connectivity and a mature urban ecosystem. The surrounding area offers robust social infrastructure, including reputed educational institutions, leading healthcare facilities, retail centres, entertainment hubs, and major business districts.

The fully residential redevelopment project will feature modern, thoughtfully designed homes tailored for contemporary urban living, with a focus on sustainability, lifestyle amenities, and seamless connectivity. Kalpataru stated that the project will strengthen its development pipeline while reinforcing the company’s strategic focus on redevelopment opportunities across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
