Merusri Sunscape: A New Horizon for Luxury Living in Bengaluru

Arisinfra Solutions, through its subsidiary ArisUnitern RE Solutions, in collaboration with Merusri Developers, is set to launch Merusri Sunscape—an exclusive luxury villa community located on Bengaluru’s fast-developing IVC Road.

Spread across 5.5 acres, this boutique project is designed to elevate premium living experiences, with a total development area of 2.75 lakh sq. ft. and a saleable area of 2.35 lakh sq. ft. The project carries an estimated gross development value (GDV) exceeding ₹250 crore.

Merusri Sunscape comprises 76 luxury villas, with 52 units being introduced in Phase 1. The villas, available in 3 and 4 BHK configurations, range from 2,410 sq. ft. to 3,850 sq. ft. The remaining 24 units will be launched in a subsequent phase.

The project will be formally introduced with a channel partner event on August 27–28, engaging over 500 channel partners, followed by the public launch on August 30.

Fully RERA-compliant and financially secured, the development is scheduled for completion within 30–36 months. Arisinfra will manage end-to-end project execution, including operations, sales, CRM, collections, and handovers.
