₹160 Crore Mixed-Use Development at Sondapar, MIHAN: NMRDA Invites Bids

The Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) has floated a tender for the development of an integrated office, residential, and commercial complex at Sondapar, located within the MIHAN (Multi-modal International Cargo Hub and Airport at Nagpur) area.

The project will be undertaken on a Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Sale (DBFOS) model, with the objective of creating a dynamic urban center. Estimated at ₹160 crore, the proposed mixed-use development will serve as NMRDA’s central office hub while also offering residential and commercial spaces.

Strategically situated in MIHAN—an important catalyst in Nagpur’s infrastructure and economic growth—the complex is poised to become a landmark development in the region.

The last date for bid submission is May 2, 2025.
