Bengaluru-based real estate developer Sattva Group has expanded its footprint into the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) with six large-scale redevelopment projects covering a total of eight million sq. ft.
The portfolio, valued at approximately ₹11,000 crore, comprises residential and commercial developments across prime locations including Parel, Prabhadevi, Goregaon East, Vile Parle West, Powai, and areas near the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). The projects are expected to deliver over 2,500 rehabilitation homes along with more than 2,000 new residential units.
Construction is slated to commence in 2026, with phased completion targeted by 2032. The first project is anticipated to be delivered in 2028.
Regulatory reforms under the Development Control and Promotion Regulations (DCPR) 2034 are expected to enhance project viability and encourage greater participation from large developers. Commenting on the expansion, Bijay Agarwal, Managing Director of Sattva Group, said, “Our entry into Mumbai is a strategic extension of our legacy of delivering large, technically complex projects on time and with consistency. We look forward to contributing meaningfully to the city’s next decade of growth.”
