Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) has forayed into the plotted development segment with the launch of a new residential project on a 105-acre land parcel near the proposed Purandar International Airport in Pune.
The land is owned by the Shapoorji Pallonji Group, and the company estimates the project’s revenue potential at around ₹600 crore. The move aligns with SPRE’s strategy to diversify and expand its residential portfolio amid growing demand for plotted developments.
The project will feature 483 residential plots, with sizes ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 sq. ft., catering to both end-users and investors. The plots will be offered as non-agricultural parcels with individual 7/12 extracts, enabling buyers to construct independent villas. Nearly 70 per cent of the total project area has been reserved for open and green spaces, while the site is also surrounded by approximately 600 acres of forest land.
According to the company, improving connectivity and infrastructure across the Pune Growth Corridor are fuelling strong residential demand, making the project a strategic addition to its development portfolio.
