Sobha Unlocks Luxury in Greater Noida with ₹800 Cr Aurum Project

Sobha Ltd., a Bengaluru-based listed real estate developer, has officially entered the Greater Noida market with the launch of its luxury residential project, Sobha Aurum. As part of its broader expansion strategy in the Delhi-NCR region, the company will invest approximately ₹800 crore in developing this premium enclave.

Located in Sector 36, Greater Noida, Sobha Aurum spans 3.46 acres and features two high-rise towers rising over 45 floors, housing a total of 420 luxury apartments. Unit configurations include 1-BHKs starting at ₹1.12 crore, 2-BHKs at ₹1.92 crore, 3-BHKs at ₹2.30 crore, and 4-BHKs priced at ₹3.48 crore. Select homes will come with private terraces and corner balconies, offering elevated urban living experiences. The land was acquired via auction for approximately ₹160 crore.

With a development potential of 9.3 lakh sq. ft., the project has received all necessary regulatory approvals. Over 2.5 acres will be dedicated to open and recreational spaces, including a 15,072 sq. ft. clubhouse, lap and leisure pools, a children’s play area, multi-sport court, and exhibition lawn—designed to offer a well-rounded lifestyle for residents.

Sobha Aurum marks the company’s first foray into Greater Noida and its fifth project in the Delhi-NCR region, reinforcing its commitment to expanding in key metropolitan growth hubs.
