Ceigall Northern Ayodhya Bypass, a subsidiary of Ceigall India, has received official notification from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) declaring 9 July 2025 as the “Appointed Date” for the commencement of its Ayodhya Bypass project.
With the appointed date now confirmed, the execution phase of the project will begin shortly in accordance with the terms outlined in the concession agreement. This bypass is part of the broader national initiative to improve road connectivity and infrastructure development under NHAI’s network expansion plans.
The project involves the construction of a 4/6-lane Northern Ayodhya Bypass spanning 35.40 km, being developed under NHDP Phase VII in Uttar Pradesh on a Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) basis.
Part 1 covers a 30.4 km stretch north of NH-27, beginning at km 112+540 and ending at km 139+928.
Part 2 includes a 5 km section south of NH-27, from km 0+000 to km 5+000.
