Adventure by Design: Bid for Bangaram's Eco-Tourism Masterplan

The Department of Tourism, Lakshadweep is inviting bids from qualified architectural consultants for the development of a comprehensive master plan and project management for a world-class eco-retreat at Bangaram Island. The project will encompass elements of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and adventure tourism, aligned with global eco-tourism standards.

The selected consultant will be responsible for delivering complete architectural and engineering designs, overseeing end-to-end execution, and ensuring sustainable and environmentally responsible development. Key responsibilities include:

Conceptualization and site planning

Architectural and landscape design

Integration of sustainable infrastructure

Project monitoring and execution

Coordination with environmental and regulatory bodies to ensure full legal compliance
