Bhopal Capital Complex: Consultant Tender Open

The M.P. Housing & Infrastructure Development Board has issued a tender to appoint a consultant for providing comprehensive architectural and engineering services for the development of the State Capital Complex at Arera Hills, Bhopal.

The selected consultant will be responsible for preparing the master plan, delivering detailed engineering services, and developing the tender documents for the project. The scope also includes managing the entire bid process. The proposed development aims to establish a modern, functional, and sustainable capital complex, aligned with Bhopal’s long-term urban vision. This initiative marks a significant step toward strengthening the region’s infrastructure and city planning.

The last date for submission of proposals is 04 December 2025.
