Design the Future: DPA's Green Hydrogen CoE Tender is Open

Deendayal Port Authority (DPA) has issued a tender inviting bids for comprehensive architectural and project management consultancy services for its upcoming Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Green Hydrogen in Gandhidham (Kandla), Gujarat.

The selected consultant will be responsible for conducting detailed soil investigations and submitting corresponding reports to support the design process. In addition, the consultant must present a conceptual architectural layout with at least three 3D-rendered design options, a preliminary block cost estimate, and a formal presentation to DPA’s Competent Authority for final approval.

The design must comply with green building standards and aim for the highest IGBC or GRIHA certification levels (Platinum/5-Star). The scope also includes providing complete architectural, structural, and service layout drawings, as well as all construction-stage documentation in accordance with IS codes.

The deadline for bid submission is 16 October 2025.
