Vascon Wins Big: ₹161 Cr. Mahalaxmi Redevelopment LOI

Vascon Engineers has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from MSEB Holding Company for the redevelopment of the ‘Saudamini’ building at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai.

Located at Plot No. 9, Haji Ali Park, the project involves the complete reconstruction and modernisation of the existing structure. Valued at ₹161.18 crore, the contract is to be executed on a redevelopment basis and is slated for completion within 36 months.

This order further reinforces Vascon Engineers’ presence in the real estate and infrastructure redevelopment space, particularly in the Mumbai metropolitan region. The project adds to the company’s growing portfolio and aligns with its commitment to timely delivery and high-quality construction in large-scale redevelopment initiatives across India.
