Sairang Station Gets Modern Makeover: NRF Invites Bids!

Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has issued a tender for the development of Sairang Railway Station in Mizoram. The selected contractor will be responsible for various aspects of the station's development, including surveys, investigations, and the creation of layout and structural designs. Additionally, the contractor will handle civil works and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) tasks for the station building and related infrastructure. This project, executed under an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract, has an estimated value of Rs 76.38 crore.

The bid submission deadline for this tender is set for August 6, 2024. The comprehensive development plan aims to enhance the infrastructure and facilities at Sairang Railway Station, supporting the overall growth and connectivity in the region​ Assam.
