Awfis Powers eBay’s New 67,000 Sq. Ft. Innovation Center

Awfis Space Solutions, India’s largest flexible workspace provider and the first publicly listed workspace platform in the country, has successfully designed and delivered a 67,000 sq. ft. innovation hub for eBay at Embassy Tech Village, Bengaluru.

The new facility will serve as a strategic centre for eBay’s AI-first initiatives, with a focus on artificial intelligence, engineering, and product development to accelerate the company’s growth and innovation in India.

Located in North Bengaluru, Embassy Tech Village offers seamless connectivity to the international airport and city centre, along with robust communication infrastructure—making it an ideal base for global capability centres (GCCs).

“This project reaffirms Awfis’ capability to deliver future-ready, scalable workspaces tailored for GCCs and large enterprises,” said Amit Ramani, Chairman and Managing Director, Awfis.

The collaboration was facilitated by Zinnov, a leading global consulting firm specialising in building and scaling global capability centres.

This partnership underscores Awfis’ growing role as a preferred workspace partner for innovation-driven enterprises seeking agile and tech-enabled infrastructure.
