IndiQube Spaces has signed a ₹52 crore managed workspace deal with a leading Japanese e-commerce company for approximately 35,000 sq. ft. in Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road corridor.
The five-year agreement will support the client’s India operations through a fully managed, enterprise-grade office setup in one of the country’s key technology hubs. The transaction reflects rising demand for flexible workspace solutions, with enterprises increasingly opting for managed offices to enable rapid expansion, improve efficiency, and access talent in major urban centres.
The deal further strengthens IndiQube’s positioning as a partner for Global Capability Centers (GCCs), which form a significant share of its portfolio, supported by scalable and technology-driven workplace offerings.
Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road continues to attract strong occupier interest due to its dense cluster of tech parks and corporate campuses, reinforcing the city’s leadership in India’s office market.
