DLF's Giga-Growth: ₹6,000 Crore to Reshape Gurugram's Skyline

DLF’s rental subsidiary, DLF Cyber City Developers (DCCDL), plans to invest ₹6,000 crore to develop 7.5 million sq. ft. of premium office and retail spaces in Gurugram, including DLF Downtown and DLF Mall of India. This expansion aims to meet the rising demand for high-quality, sustainable commercial properties, benefiting from strong occupancy rates and rental growth.

DCCDL, a joint venture between DLF (67% stake) and GIC, has already completed 3.7 million sq. ft. of construction. The company is actively developing 5.5 million sq. ft. of Grade A+ office spaces in DLF Downtown and 2 million sq. ft. for DLF Mall of India. Currently, DCCDL manages 40.4 million sq. ft. of rental assets, comprising 36.4 million sq. ft. of office spaces and 4 million sq. ft. of retail properties. The company highlights that leading global tech firms prefer India’s Grade A++ sustainable office spaces.

According to Sriram Khattar, Vice Chairman & MD (Rental Business) of DLF, 1.3 million sq. ft. of retail space will be completed this year, with an additional 2–2.5 million sq. ft. set for delivery over the next three years. DLF remains dedicated to developing world-class commercial spaces to attract top global and Indian brands.
