Goa is set to become a national focal point for legal training. The Bar Council of India has announced plans to house the National Legal Academy (NLA) at the IIULER campus, answering a recent call from the Supreme Court. Designed similarly to Bhopal's prestigious National Judicial Academy, the NLA will offer intensive two-week training modules for newly enrolled advocates from all over the country. Alongside this, the BCI is fast-tracking construction on IIULER's 50-acre Dharbandora campus, promising world-class infrastructure and invaluable mentorship opportunities for the next generation of lawyers.
