Greenland Waste Management Enterprise plans Medical Waste Management in Jharkhand

Greenland Waste Management Enterprise (GWME), a leading provider of waste management solutions in India, today announced plans to establish a Common Bio Medical Waste Management Facility (CBMWTF) in Medininagar, Palamu, Daltonganj, Jharkhand. 

The project is estimated to cost 5 crores and will provide safe and environmentally sound disposal of biomedical waste generated by hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes in the district.

The CBMWTF will have a capacity of 200 kg/hr of incineration, 40 kg/hr of shredding, and 80 lts/hr of autoclaving. It will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure that the treatment process meets all environmental standards.

The project is currently in the stage of being approved. Currently awaiting approval from the government. There is currently no other information that has been decided.
