KKR and PSP Invest More in Lighthouse Learning

Existing investors KKR and PSP Investments have made additional investments in Lighthouse Learning Group (formerly EuroKids International), reinforcing their confidence in the company’s growth strategy.

The new funding will support the expansion of Lighthouse Learning’s school network—particularly in major cities—while strengthening its teaching capabilities and technology infrastructure to boost operational efficiency. With demand for high-quality education in India on the rise, the company continues to scale its presence. KKR, which first invested in 2019, will retain its majority stake and remain a key driver of Lighthouse Learning’s strategic direction.

The investment, made primarily through KKR’s Asian Fund IV, will further accelerate the group’s growth. Lighthouse Learning currently operates more than 1,850 preschools and 60 K–12 schools, serving around 190,000 students across India. Its portfolio includes well-known brands such as EuroKids, Kangaroo Kids, EuroSchool, and Billabong High International.
