NBCC Bags ₹95.66 Crore Institute Renovation Project

NBCC (India) Ltd. has been awarded a prestigious work order valued at approximately ₹95.66 crore for the renovation and modernisation of the Sushma Swaraj Institute of Foreign Service, located in New Delhi. The project entails a comprehensive upgrade of the institute, which plays a vital role in training Indian Foreign Service officers and other diplomatic personnel.

This assignment further strengthens NBCC’s growing portfolio of high-impact infrastructure projects, particularly in the National Capital Region and the Northeast. It also reflects the government's continued emphasis on modernising institutional infrastructure to align with contemporary standards.

In a related development, NBCC had earlier, in April 2025, announced the receipt of another significant work order worth around ₹130.58 crore. This project involves the planning and development of a residential township on a 21.66-acre plot owned by the North Eastern Electric Power Corporation (NEEPCO) at Umsawli, Mawdiangdiang in Shillong, Meghalaya.
