Paras Defence Nabs ₹71.68 Cr DRDO Submarine Contract

Paras Defence and Space Technologies has secured an order from IRDE–DRDO under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, for the supply of two optronic periscopes for submarine applications. The contract is valued at approximately ₹71.68 crore, inclusive of GST, with delivery scheduled between August and September 2026.

This order reinforces Paras Defence’s growing role in delivering advanced defence technologies and highlights its expanding capabilities in supporting India’s strategic requirements. The contract will contribute to enhancing the operational effectiveness of the country’s submarine fleet.
