RITES & IIM Raipur: A Bigger Vision for Phase-II at ₹220 Crore.

RITES has received an updated cost notification from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur for the development of its Phase-II campus, with the estimated project value revised from ₹148.25 crore to ₹220.65 crore. The revised cost is on a cost-plus basis, excluding GST and inclusive of the project management consultancy (PMC) fee.

The expanded scope includes the construction of:

An academic block, A hostel cluster comprising four blocks, The first floor of the Students' Dining Block, An auditorium block, Along with all related infrastructure and services

The project will be executed under EPC Mode-III and is scheduled for completion within 23 months from the date of the agreement. The cost revision reflects the enhanced infrastructure requirements to support IIM Raipur’s growing academic and residential capacities.

This development reinforces RITES’ expertise in delivering complex educational infrastructure projects, aligning with its broader role in engineering, construction, and project management services for premier institutions across India.
