Co-working space provider 315Work Avenue has announced plans to expand its workspace portfolio by an additional two million sq. ft. in FY26, backed by a ₹400 crore investment.
The company aims to strengthen its presence in existing cities while expanding into new markets, targeting a total footprint of five million sq. ft. this year and entry into 10-12 cities within the next two years.
Founder Manas Mehrotra highlighted the rising demand for flexible workspaces, driven by corporate needs for agility, collaboration, and cost efficiency. He emphasized the growing role of co-working spaces in corporate real estate strategies, citing industry reports that project the flex workspace sector to exceed 100 million sq. ft. by 2030, with an annual growth rate of over 20%.
Currently managing three million sq. ft. across 45 locations in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune, 315Work Avenue plans to continue its expansion through both organic growth and acquisitions.
