Rushil Decor, a prominent Indian manufacturer of MDF boards, laminates, and plywood, has reported strong financial results for FY2025, driven by solid export performance, enhanced operational efficiency, and a growing portfolio of value-added products.
“As we move into FY2026, we are aiming for consolidated revenues of approximately ₹11,000 million,” said Managing Director Rushil K. Thakkar. “Our priorities remain focused on innovation, strategic capacity expansion, and strengthening our presence in both domestic and global markets.”
The company is on track to complete Phase 2 of its Jumbo Laminate manufacturing facility in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, by Q3 FY2026. This brownfield expansion will increase production capacity by 2.8 million sheets annually. Initial export orders already account for 15% of Phase 1 capacity.
Founded in 1993, Rushil Decor operates six manufacturing facilities and exports to over 56 countries. Its extensive distribution network includes more than 700 distributors and 4,600+ points of sale.
