Zulu Defence, a prominent Bengaluru-based defence drone startup, has announced aggressive expansion plans aimed at capturing international markets. Led by Co-founder and CEO Nagendran Kandasamy, the company is scaling its monthly manufacturing capacity from approximately 300 units to 550–600 drones.
To accommodate this rapid growth, Zulu Defence will transition from its current 15,000 sq ft workspace to a state-of-the-art facility spanning up to 50,000 sq ft. The upgrade will feature an expansion of assembly lines from three to six, positioning the company to meet heightened domestic requirements and secure a strong foothold globally.
