Simpliwork Doubles Down on Bengaluru

Simpliwork Offices, a leading provider of managed office spaces, has strengthened its presence in Bengaluru by leasing 1.32 lakh sq. ft. across two prime Whitefield properties—Pardhanani Wilshire III and Sumadhura Capitol Towers.

This expansion supports Simpliwork’s ambitious plan to nearly double its portfolio from 4.5 million sq. ft. to 9–9.5 million sq. ft. within two years, driven by growing demand from large enterprises for high-performance, flexible workspaces. The company is projecting revenues of Rs 680 crore for FY24, with targets of Rs 950 crore in FY25 and Rs 1,400 crore by FY27.

The leased space at Pardhanani Wilshire III will house six custom-designed offices with 700 workstations. At Sumadhura Capitol Towers, a premium Grade A development, Simpliwork will deliver a tailored workspace for a luxury automobile client.

Currently operating 85 centers across major Indian cities, Simpliwork is also eyeing expansion into Asia-Pacific markets. The company continues to prioritize high-quality infrastructure in mature micro-markets, solidifying its role as a major player in India’s commercial real estate landscape.
