Sky-High Expansion: Rolls-Royce & HAL Scale Up in Hosur

International Aerospace Manufacturing Private Limited, a 50:50 joint venture between Rolls-Royce and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, has inaugurated its expanded manufacturing facility in Hosur, marking a major step in strengthening India’s advanced aerospace manufacturing capabilities.

Spread across 12 acres, the expanded facility is expected to boost IAMPL’s production capacity for compressor and turbine components. According to a company release, the company also plans to develop capabilities for manufacturing complex and rotating parts to support future indigenous and global aerospace technology programmes.

The facility was inaugurated by Sashi Mukundan and K Ravi in the presence of Seenivasan Balasubramanian.
