WRD Odisha Tenders Implementation of 12 Lift Irrigation Schemes

The Water Resources Department (WRD), Odisha, has issued a tender for the implementation of 12 lift irrigation schemes spanning across Nuapada, Bolangir, and Sonepur districts in the state, encompassing the entire distribution network.

This initiative falls under Cluster-XXVII, targeting a planned culturable command area of 15,880 hectares. The execution will be conducted on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) turnkey basis, inclusive of power system connectivity.

With a project value of Rs 531.88 crore, the comprehensive task is scheduled for completion within 36 months. Following the successful implementation, the operation and maintenance of the fully commissioned schemes will be overseen for a period of 15 years.

Interested parties are invited to submit their bids by the deadline of 09 February 2024.
