IOCL Water Intake Project: Bongaigaon Refinery Bids Open

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has invited bids for the design, engineering, and cost estimation of a water intake facility from the Manas River to the Bongaigaon Refinery in Assam.

The proposed facility will form a critical component of the refinery’s infrastructure, ensuring a reliable and continuous water supply from the river source. The tender seeks participation from experienced firms with expertise in the design and engineering of water intake systems, particularly those drawing from river or sea sources.

This initiative is part of IOCL’s broader strategy to strengthen operational efficiency and meet growing water requirements at its refining units.

The deadline for bid submission is November 14, 2025.
