ATGL & INOXCVA: Powering India's LNG Future Together

Adani Total Gas (ATGL) and INOX India (INOXCVA) have solidified their collaboration through a comprehensive mutual support agreement, aimed at bolstering the liquefied natural gas (LNG) ecosystem in India. This agreement designates both firms as 'preferred partners' for the provision of LNG and LCNG equipment and services, fostering a cooperative environment to explore joint opportunities.

For ATGL, this partnership signifies enhanced access to advanced scheduling tools and collaborative ventures for the establishment of LNG/LCNG stations, LNG satellite stations, the adoption of LNG as a transportation fuel, LNG logistics optimization, and the development of small-scale liquid hydrogen solutions. The agreement delineates roles and responsibilities for each party, leveraging their respective expertise to bolster LNG infrastructure development, promote economies of scale for heavy vehicle conversion to LNG, and foster best practices in health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as fuel efficiency and service quality.

Collaborating with INOXCVA presents ATGL with a strategic pathway to accelerate the phased transition of long-haul heavy vehicles and buses from traditional high-speed diesel (HSD) to LNG, resulting in a substantial reduction of over 30 percent in CO2 and greenhouse gas emissions. For INOXCVA, this partnership unlocks synergies rooted in the combined expertise and scale of both entities, facilitating emissions reduction and significant contributions to India's green transition agenda.

As a key player authorized in 33 Geographical Areas, ATGL remains pivotal in India's endeavor to augment the share of natural gas in its energy matrix, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and energy diversification.
