SVR Pharma Tech planning to set up Bulk Drugs Manufacturing Unit Project at Andhra Pradesh

SVR Pharma Tech Private Limited wants to build a new bulk drugs and intermediates (API) manufacturing unit at Sy. Nos.: 384/1, 388/1, 389 & 391, Mellavagu Village, Bollapalli Mandal, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh. The project is still in the planning stage, and the company has not yet asked for environmental clearance. The API making unit that is being planned will be able to make 85 Tns per month. The cost of the job is 9 Crores. 

The company will make APIs for drugs like antibiotics, drugs that fight cancer, and drugs that help people with diabetes. About 100 people will get jobs directly from the project, and another 200 will get jobs indirectly from it. The project should help the region's economy grow and help meet the country's rising demand for APIs.

As of September 2023, The project is currently in the stage of being approved currently awaiting approval from the government.
