The agreement, formalized during the Global Summit 2025 in Bhopal on February 24, 2025, encompasses the development of solar, wind, hybrid, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and biomass-based projects throughout the state. The MoU aims to boost clean energy adoption and strengthen Madhya Pradesh's role as a key renewable energy hub.
The state government's involvement underscores its commitment to sustainable growth and investment in green energy infrastructure. These projects are expected to play a pivotal role in the region's energy transition, aligning with India's broader renewable energy objectives.
