Sunsure Powers Bisleri’s 'Greener Promise' with Solar Energy

Sunsure Energy has entered into a long-term renewable power purchase agreement (PPA) with Bisleri International to supply clean solar energy to its manufacturing facility in Sahibabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Under this partnership, Bisleri will meet 48% of its electricity requirements through solar power, reducing its carbon footprint by approximately 2,700 tonnes of CO₂ annually. The energy will be sourced from Sunsure’s 82.5 MWp solar plant located in Erach, Uttar Pradesh.

Shashank Sharma, Founder & CEO of Sunsure Energy, highlighted that the collaboration reinforces the company’s role as a preferred renewable energy partner for FMCG firms across India. Bisleri CEO Angelo George stated that the initiative supports the company’s Bisleri Greener Promise and strengthens its commitment to sustainable growth. Additionally, Sunsure’s 'UP Shakti' initiative continues to expand green energy infrastructure across Uttar Pradesh.
