Major Tender Alert: ₹290 Crore Ground Improvement Project

The Nuclear Power Corporation of India (NPCIL) has released a tender inviting bids for improvement works, post-geotechnical investigations, and associated activities at the Gorakhpur Haryana Anu Vidyut Pariyojana (GHAVP) Units 1 and 2 – Phase-III, located in Fatehabad district, Haryana.

This project involves a wide array of civil and geotechnical engineering tasks, aimed at ensuring the structural integrity and operational performance of the nuclear power plant’s main infrastructure. The ground remediation work will focus on enhancing the subsurface strata to support crucial installations and reactor structures by improving their load-bearing capacity. This will involve soil testing, rock analysis, and remedial treatments such as soil stabilization and ground densification.

The total estimated cost for the contract is Rs 289.92 crore.

The deadline for bid submissions is 28 April 2025.
