Singrauli STPP Stage-III: BHEL Invites Bids

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has issued a tender for civil and architectural works at the 2x800 MW Singrauli Super Thermal Power Project (STPP) Stage-III, located in Sonebhadra, Uttar Pradesh.

The scope of work covers the construction of foundations and civil superstructures for critical infrastructure, including the main power house buildings, turbine generator (TG) decks, a common control room, service buildings, transformer yards, and the switchyard. It also includes pipe and cable rack foundations, as well as various ancillary buildings associated with Unit-1 and Unit-2.

This civil package forms an essential part of the infrastructure for the new thermal power plant being developed by NTPC, with BHEL serving as the EPC contractor.

The deadline for bid submission is 04 August, 2025.
