ACME Solar Holdings has reached a new milestone in India’s energy storage landscape with its subsidiary, ACME Suryodaya, commissioning a 110.336 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Rajasthan. Located across the Sanwara and Mehar Nagar villages in Jaisalmer, the project achieved operational status on July 15, 2026, with a Commercial Operation Date (COD) set for July 17, 2026. This addition boosts ACME Suryodaya’s total portfolio to 285 MW / 952.960 MWh, underscoring the company’s commitment to enhancing grid stability and advancing India’s renewable energy transition.
